How to change log in E-mail for CLAD Genius?

E-mail change is a quite complex procedure because it needs to be synchronized at different locations to ensure that there are no billing issues. Such synchronization cannot be handled automatically, and needs to be performed manually by the user, which will take some time and effort. Therefore, we advise not to change your CLAD log in E-mail unless it is absolutely necessary. The steps to perform the change are:
1. Go to your self-serve PLIMUS page on
http://www.plimus.com
that contains your initial purchase information and change your E-mail there. On the PLIMUS self-serve page you will see 2 E-mails, one is used by PLIMUS, the other one is used by CLAD. The important part here is that you need to change the field "E-mail used for CLAD Genius registration", which is used by CLAD to maintain information about your subscription. It is not important what your other E-mail is set to. If the self-serve PLIMUS page does not allow you to change the field "E-mail used for CLAD Genius registration", you may need to contact PLIMUS and ask them to make that change. If that is not possible for any reason, the last option is to cancel your subscription for that account and re-subscribe with the new E-mail according to this procedure:

Please be aware that after you cancel the subscription, your existing CLAD license will be suspended automatically and then will be re-enabled automatically after the new subscription has been approved by PLIMUS.
2. After you have made a change to the field "E-mail used for CLAD Genius registration" or launched a new subscription, you need to submit a ticket to us with your current CLAD log in E-mail, and your new desired E-mail. After we perform the change in the CLAD database, you will be able to use new log in
