When you get an error "Could not find a radio button to click", please switch to the Main tab in CLAD and watch the posting process carefuly.
Usually, when this error is thrown, you will see one of the following in the Main tab:
- If you see "Unable to load webpage" error or similar in the embedded browser, telling that the browser was not able to load the web page - this may be caused by a problem with your proxies. If it happens every once in a while, but not very often - don't worry, CLAD will just re-try posting with another proxy. If you can't get any ads posted and you see the "Unable to load webpage" screen all the time, you may need to replace your proxies. You can also verify that the problem is not related to CLAD by turning off your proxies and posting a couple of ads on your real IP, you should not have any issues.
- The CL account page with the city selection drop-down. If CLAD navigates to this page and doesn't move forward, then throws an error after about 30 seconds of waiting on this page - you have a problem with your Internet Explorer configuration. The easiest workaround is to switch to firefox: http://www.cladg.com/help/tickets/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=54
- If you are on a very slow connection (dialup), and it takes more than a minute to navigate from one page to another, CLAD may give this error because it decided that it can't load the next page due to timeout. In this case, you can try increasing the timeout under the settings/browser.
In any case, it is very easy to understand the nature of the problem by watching carefully the posting process in the Main tab. If you haven't found a solution in the above items, please submit a support ticket with detailed description of what you see in the Main tab when the error is thrown
