decaptcher: network error and other problems
Article There are usually 4 possible causes:
  1. You have not configured decaptcher host/port in CLAD Genius settings correctly. Please log in to your decaptcher account on www.decaptcher.com and make sure that you use correct host and port in CLAD Genius settings.
  2. Your firewall is blocking CLAD Genius from connecting to decaptcher. Please turn off your firewall to see if that is the case. The problem also may be with your DMZ/router which does not allow traffic routing on certain ports
  3. Decaptcher service may be temporarily down, please contact decaptcher to find out if their service is operational at the moment
  4. Your antivirus may have removed decaptcher.dll file from \program files\cladgenius. Please take a look at that directory, if you do not see decaptcher.dll there - you will have to reinstall CLAD and tell your antivirus to leave the file alone
